With the view of offering legal assistance for the poor, initiating and supporting activities aimed at propagating and defending human and citizen rights and liberties, the Partners of the Law Firm have established the Foundation under the name Europejski Instytut Pomocy Prawniczej which pursues its objectives through:
- organising legal assistance free of charge,
- propagating knowledge about law,
- taking part in educational and pedagogical initiatives, in particular in practical legal education,
- cooperating with higher education institutions, local government units, other non-governmental organisations in the country and abroad,
- providing information and actively participating in solving social problems, particularly including problems in the range of family law, civil law and penal law, also with a foreign component,
- informing about the law mandatory in other countries,
- social care,
- appearing before proper public administration bodies in cases involving statutory purposes,
- conducting information campaigns,
- participating in legislative initiatives.
